Option 1 – Create a Ticket

Option 2 – Join Our Group
Join and post your question or search the Facebook Group called “CineMilled User Group.” It is an incredible resource with hundreds of people using the same product you have just purchased or are about to purchase. Get your answer from actual users and customers like you! Learn from their experience or share yours. Since there are hundreds of people that can potentially answer your question this can be a very fast way to get an answer about something!

The phone is not always the best option as I might be on set working and not able to answer, on the other line with another customer, or otherwise unavailable. While I might not answer, please leave me a voicemail and while I might not get back to you right away, I do promise to call you back as soon as possible.

If you are “Local” you can always give a us a call (so we are expecting you) and come over and we can fix your issue on the spot, you can pickup your order or simply see and try a product out before you buy it!
